For those whose PD is current in Apr VB

For those whose PD is current in April VB, is it necessary that the date stays current even in coming month until your turn comes for approval by USCIS?

When the USCIS processes the applications, shall they process based on PD for all applications before Dec 1, 2003?

I believe that the date should be current when they take our files. Otherwise they will not take our file. Also it depends on the processing tiem of I-485, which currently shows Apr 10 2007 for TSC (I am not sure whether this is real date or not) :confused:

At the time, they process your 485, your PD shd be current..doesnt matter whether today it is current or not...my 2 cents of opinion
 
Any stats available on how many numbers does USCIS have and how many people are waiting in line till Dec 2003 for EB2?
