For those who replied RFE of medical exams...

My doctor forgot to check a couple of boxes in my medical exam form. So I got the RFE for medical exams. Should I ask the doctor to correct the form or take a new exam?

Never mind of the question. I just went to the doctor and she agreed to corret the form for me. But she asked me to do one more immunation shot so she can get some money.
