Could you please tell me whether they allow cell phones to be carried inside of the room where the ceremony is held or do they make you stack it back in to the car like the USCIS offices?
...park at the outer edge of the lot...it gets so crowded..trying to get out( hundreds at the same time)....u might spend more time getting out of the parking lot than the ceremony.
