For those who got RFE Recently on ability to pay ? "UnitedNation" Any thoughts?

Did anybody sent the reply to USCIS On RFE On Ability to pay?. What did you guys sent?
1. 2002, 2003, 2004 Tax return statement of the employer?
2. If the Employer does not have 2004 Tax return statement currently filed what other supporting documents can be sent?
 
RFE on I-140 sep 04 case

Hi,
i got RFE on my I-140 asking 2001,2002,2003 company tax returns and mine too. i have everything but my company 01 showing 7000 thousends loss, and 02 showing 80,000 loss. 03 120,000 thousend profit and 04 it is running profit.
they paid me little over what i have in L.C. is it ok or any problem please let me know.
