For those who got approved and no RFE on BC

Did any of you provide the birth certificate which was taken recently (after applying for GC) with "date of issue" and "date of registration" are the same or near by dates (or you had the birth certificates which was taken earlier)? Just to check whether i can expect an RFE for sure.

Hi!

I also submitted the Birth certificate that I got recently registeredi.e late registered & issued My DOB12/07/1975 registered as late in 03/2003 when I filled my I-485 I don't know Everytbody saying u will definately get RFE as late registration so keep the affidavit from Parents & relative Ready without wasting time I will try to get Next Month as My I485 filled on 07/2003.If u get any information pls notify
 
Thanks. I already have the affidavits with me. i thought i will ask if i have any chance to get approved without an RFE on BC. i had my FP2 on 8/20 and my I485 ND is Oct 26 2002.

My Birth certificate was made some jut a few days before I filed my 485. The Birth Certicate date was the current date (at that time). The information on my BC also contained the date on which the birth was registered, which was about 2 weeks after my birth. We did not get any RFEs.

So the date of registration is near to your birthdate. thats why you didn't get RFE. in my case, date of registration is near to the date we applied for BC (1999).
 
Is it a good idea to submit the affadavits with the BC with I-485 applications as the date of registration and date of issue are in 2004.
