First thought, it's a joke. But second thought, it might not be a bad idea.

I had a good friend that I met in the US who's from Australia. From what I learnt from her, working and living in Australia is a good alternative, if not better than, to that in the US. From the books she mailed me, Australia is so beautiful and peaceful, only Hawii can compare to it...

If I am still single, I'll pack and leave right away!
 
Sorry but I know of at least 2 Australian families that migrated to the US.
Their reasoning : Cost of living in Austraila is way too high.
Why go to Australia , when Aussies are leaving Australia ?? :confused:
 
Standard of living, expenses and taxes in Australia is similar to that of Canada. Both countires are lot safer that US, they also have better public healthcare and schools.
