We cannot wait any more. I called USCIS, still no information in their system. And as I know, recently very few of us got reciept or check cashed. We have to do something together. We can complain by sending email. I have sent them email. If all of us can send email to them. They will do something for us. Please see below the email address and my letter :

My letter
Dear Chief,
I don't want to bother you. But I really have to.
I sent out 485 application on June 28. Based on the Fedex record, my
application arrived at NSC and was signed by R. MICKELS 09:01 am JULY 2,2007
. FEDEX Tracking number is xxxxxxxxxxx.
I understand that there are many more case than usual in JULY and August. So
I waiting and waiting for 3 months. Till now I am still waiting for the
reciept. No check cashed. Called USCIS, no information in the system.
Based on the USCIS Application and Receipting Update on september 21, 2007.
NSC reciepinng date has reached 08/07/2007(see below). And I am not alone.
Based on communications on BBS/ forum, many many 7/2 filers are still
waiting for the reciepts. The bad sign is that, in recent about 2 week, NSC
didn't processed JULY 2nd application package since none of us got reciept/
check cashed in recent 2 weeks. So I worried our packages are lost in NSC or
shredded by mistake ( this happened before). Also The reason I have to
contact you and bring your attentions is that our checks are expiring!!!!!
So I strongly request to do some investigation on the packages recieved on
JULY 2ND.
