For the 2nd time, its still not in the mail...:(

Hi Guys,

Sorry to annoye anyone, but something is just not right...infact I say there is something with the Mail system. Back in late June, USCIS mailed me a letter for additional evidence/Informaion, I haven't received it in the 30 days they issued it and came out as "Undeliverable" and was sent back to USCIS on July 24th. I called USCIS about the situation and they issued a "Service Call" and they re-sent the letter the next day. I still haven't received the letter and in the next couple days If I don't receive it then Im gunna have to call in again...I don't understand what is going on and my case has been delayed due to it, should I ask them to mail the letter to my Friend's house or if I can pick it up from the Service Center? or pick it up from the Post Office? cause I am getting very upset about my case...any suggestions?

Make sure they got ur correct address on file (spelling etc) and then check with ur post office...u could alert the mailman too.

Yeah I hear ya on that one, but the last time we had the same situation and the letter was ended up labeled "Undeliverable", USCIS asked for my Address just to verfy it and see if its Correct, I gave them the Address once again (spelled it out and everything) and they said to call in 30 days if I dont get again...30 days is coming in a couple days, doesn't look good.

I will call the post office tho monday afternoon and for the Mailman, well im never home when he comes lol, he is a quicky person lol...plus I live in an Apartment so i never know.
