I have contacted Senator Mark Dayton and Congressman John Kline in Minnesota. Hope this will help.

That helps a Lot Thanks very much. do we call them directly or should we send them an email. i sent an email to a senator 2 months back still no response.all in all i am trying to find the process behind this ...like who helps u . is it the senators secretary etc .. do u have to go there in person

I have just sent a fax to both the offices with my contact details. I have received an e-mail from them updating the status on my case. You should contact the local senator of where you are residing.
