I used to visit this site some times, but thought of putting my details today and not just be a silent visitor.

PD-Feb 01
Labor Approval -June01
I140 Approval -Dec 01
485 RD Jan 10th
ND Jan 15th
AP approved- March 5th
EAD approved - some time in May.
FP on scheduled date- April 18th
AVM says- Processing resumed FP results recvd on April24th.

Called IIO only once 3 weeks back and she said that it takes one year from year of application and then i will be interviwed and examined and approved. I was totaly confused (why interview for a normal eb2 case??.:confused), also she said FBI checks are going on for me and it takes 120 days. I was confused on this as my FP results had already received by INS on april 24th according to AVM. I did not ask any questions, just said thanks and hung up.

Please suggest.

Two weeks backchanged to 160-180 days and next day changed to 975-999 again.
