Medicals
1. You will recieve a list of Doctors in your area (DMP)who will do the medicals for Canada Immigration,Ask everyone in advance for the Fees, it vaies and normaly it is the same what Mr Ray has written.
2 Take the apointment
3. They will take your Blood Sample and X-ray and Urine sample, Some Doctors send you for the chest Exray to diffrent doctor with a letter you have to do the X-ray and get that report and give it to Doctor who sent you(X-ray report only takes maximum2 hours)Few DMP will send your Urine and Blood samle to LAb and they recieve it only after 4-5 days. You should ask the doctor when the result will be ready,ask them when they recieve the results if everything is OK.
They will not send your resuts the same day, what they do is they mail 5-6 results in same envelope to OTTAWA (Canada)from US, they want to save postage, ask them when they will mail the results to Ottawa, they will say next day but they mail after 4-6 days, it means your resuts from the date you did your medical it will be mailed after 7-9 days.
Once your medical resulta reach Ottawa they normaly take 4-6 weeks to send them to the Consulate where your file is or which Visa post in US is handling your Case.
Check the Current address on your Medical papers if it is wrong or OLD address then it can be corrected before DOCTOR(DMP)Becase if Ottawa find anything wrong or wants to write you they will use the current address.
Once the Consulate recieves you medical report and finds Ok and your FBI is clear, ROLF paid, Background check is OK then they mail you your Landing Papers in 2-3 months time.
