Hi Folks,
I am starting this thread as many of us are very uncertain about these various visa issues surrounding the conversion from J-1 research to residency thereafter..and also we do not have any separate thread to discuss them..
I feel that in this super competitive time where getting accepted in to a residency spot , doing research has been an indispensable part of the residency application...
We all can use this thread as means to pose different questions and then share the info which we have with us.
