For Petertherock77

Hi Themen,

I received a notice today that my case has been transfered to the National Benefits Center to conduct an interview which is a standard part of I-485 processing. What does this mean? I was thinking my case is supposed to be sent to Calif. where I live or sent to the L.A office? Is a good or bad sign?

My case was at TSC. I spoke to an IO who helped me contact them yesterday and they told him that the case is currently at thier litigation dept and they would review it again today. Then this morning I received a notice via email that the case has been transfered to NBC for interview.

Please forum does anyone have an idea or experience with this kind of situation.

Thanks forum...

The executives already issued proposal in how to deal with material Support, and USCIS issued a Memo in to process by waiver. Note: All cases affected by Material Support will be approved by automatic waiver, that's why your case is at the benefitS center ( USCIS HQ). You have to go to your interview AND THEN APPROVED, when you get the date.
You are fine, and you will be OK.
Best Luck.
