I heard that lot of people with Touch date 04/07 are getting approvals recently.Mine is also 04/07 touch date. I did my 2nd FP on 06/16/04 Please update in this thread with any new developments.

NOT TRUE! A lot of people (Jan/Feb/March/April/May) waiting after 2 nd FP.
 
Not sure if it is true or not. But for my series wac02162 yesterday about
5 people with LUD 04/07 were approved. So maybe there is something
to it.
 
My husband's LUD changed today to 06/16

My husband's LUD changed to 06/16/04
Mine remains the same 04/07/04
My Son 05/08/2002

I am primary applicant and my husband is derivative. Anyone who has same kind of LUD changes?
 
For many people who had LUD 04/07 is changing this week. Looks like they are looking into it.If you see LUD changed 2-3 times in a week then you can expect Approval anytime. I have seen that pattern

I have seen no change in my portfolio. The updated date 04/07/04 remains unchanged for a couple of months. I may or may not see changes after 2nd FP done next week.
 
Yes. 2nd FP is a good sign.
There are lot of unlucky guys jan/feb/mar/apr who has not got the 2nd FP. I have seen approvals for Jan-May, probably they will start processing jun-Jul-Aug in a month or two
 
My LUD is today 6/18

LUD 6/18/04<--5/18/04<---4/19/04<---4/7/04<---11/20/03
Spouses LUD 6/18/04<--6/03/04<---4/10/04<--11/20/03

I still do not know. The latest may be due to my registration for EAD for my wife yesterday. Not sure.

4/7/04 does not make sense

my last touch date is also 4/7/04 before it changed to 6/5/04 when they got
my 2nd FP results from FBI.

I scanned my 02-113-5* series, and found these case which touch date is 5/4/04 all got their case approved. :eek:

maybe 4/7/04 is just the date they setup the profile for us.

I think send Fax DO make sense, at least for my case, I sent 1st Fax, then I got 2nd FP notice in 2 week, I send 2nd FAX, then in the same day, the website said they got my FP results, which I did 1 weeks before that day,and FBI told me they sent the result back in the same day.

maybe I need to send 3rd Fax. :confused:
