If you are still waiting without even RFE, I have the following question:

Do you know if your lawyer or yourself filed the 485 w/ a typed or hand written form to INS?

My online and AVM always say "Finger print recv...blah... blah and they will notify me if further actions are required". I have never gotten the message saying it will take x amount of days to process the app.
 
It should have showed you the processing times or no of days it is taking to process this kind of case before it got updated to finger printing received message. For those guys whose message has not been updated to FP received message even though after giving FP or waiting for FP notice, they will be still seeing the no of days it is taking to process this kind of case message.
