It seems while replying site crashes again and again so I am posting as new thread.
>> 1) What is the immigration status of my wife?
If she is using EAD then write 485 Pending,
>> 2) Do we need to enter both, the Alien # and the I-94 # in I-765 form?
I believe its only A#.
>> 3) Which USCIS Center did I apply and DATE? I know I applied to Texas Service Center but what to put in the date section? Would this date be the date printed on the form which came along with the first EAD card? Please clarify?
Make this simple, to und,
Write Texas Mesquite.... and write the 'issued date' written on ur current EAD. i.e issued on '1/2/2005' Valid through .....
Also use simple cover letter, Checklist sheet, attach ur 485 receipt, (140 if apvd), I-94 copy both side, copy of current EAD both side. photos, Check amt $??? EAD Fee.
