Are all the 485 cases from Dallas are transfered to the local office? Just curious to know coz I saw a lot of transfers recently from the sheet.

There is no correlation. It depends on if your paperwork is complete or if the officer has questions that an RFE will not suffice. or just pure rotten luck.
