Hello All,
I had a H1 Visa refusal 221-g few years back as company which
applied for me did not support the documents asked by the consulate.
Basically the counsulate was asking for extra documents from the consultant
company in US -LIKE 1.List of Clients 2.W2 forms of employees 3)Internal and external photos of company etc., .etc.,,The consultant did not provide the documents and i did not go again for visa.
Now i have applied with a bigger company.They have just given standard documents. Now my question is -
The consulate may again ask for the present company regd the set of docs.
What do you think my response should be to avoid the situation -
Q: The question they could ask as - Why was your Visa refused earlier.
1. I am planning to tell as - US Consulate people have asked for more documents from the consultant company in US as they felt it was not a financially well to do company. The consultant has not provided the docs, so i have not pursued further with the consultant.
Do you think this could be a good enough reason. As the present company is good financially with good number of employees. If they check LCA it would have this details and its established for more than 5 years now.
