Few more of this occurrences......Is this becoming sort of a trend.
One of the old post mentioning about this case is from user 'GCCRAK' and that's little confusing too. In one of the post(June, 2004) he/she mentions about this status and then never discuses that topic. All his recent posting (Aug & Sep, 2004) are for 'Waiting for I-140' sort of.
I sent a PM but so far no response. I think GCCRAK can throw some light onto this....so far not heard from Gurus on this topic.
Please let us know if anybody has any clue on this.
