Hi Great-k,

My observation is that most of the persons are creating duplicate entries because they forget their userids or passwords. Assume, they register correct email addresses, if you can provide a help link, that will help a lot of them getting their userid/password so that we can reduce duplicates.

Only a suggestion.

Regarding the users who forget their passwords, they can type in their user ID/Name and click on "Forgot your password".Their password is automatically e-mailed to them(in the e-mail ID entered by them.
Many users contact us at Contact@rupnet.com to delete their duplicate entry if they created a second one.
I think that reduces duplication to some extent.
