Please note that I am not asking from the point of view that I am marrying a LPR or a USC

my LPR mother is sponsoring me via the Family based GC method

Please advice accordingly

That's just to verify your birth certificate and current IDs. Very simple.

The IO would want to find out when is the funky date for the spanky cat.. You will be fine because your mom is the sponsor... Good luck funkycatspanky master....

Basically you'll be asked all info on 485 and prove your legal status in US at all times (considering you are doing AoS, not CP).
