For equating ND to SRC No do I need to count saturdays also

My SRC-01-250, RD is May 30 2001 ND is Aug 22 2001, If I count both sundays and saturdays by SRC day suggests some date beyod ND.. but if i do not count Saturdays, I get my SRC approximated to ND (taking into consideration govt holidays etc..)...

can any one tell me about it
 
mine is the same

mine is RD: may 29th, ND: aug. 20th. src-01-248, so i think the number reflects the ND not the RD, for our bad luck.

I think the number is ND based...

I have my ND on 09/27/01 and my SRC is 01-279-xxxxx.
Looks like they count saturdays.
Although it got to be more than 30 federal holiday in
a year for this logic to work.
Strange, isn\'t...?
