My family of three got their approval on Nov 01,2001 while one dependent 16 years has yet not got it. We all filed our papers (EB2 Category for myself) together and also got the FP done in Aug 01 together. ND is Feb 14, 2001. It is pretty frustrating waiting for one approval. Called up the IIO twice but as of now no use. Can one do something else to speed it up. Or is it worth putting another family based petition too as both parents are now green card holders.

Any help will be appreciated.

why dont u do fax inquiry ?check ins website for the form.. 50% of time INS replies for fax inquireis..If you lawyer does the faxing then that would carry more weight.

Thank you for your response. Really appreciate it. Tried telling the lawyer but they are stuck on the fact that the ND is not past the JIT report.
