Silicon India has been conducting similar fairs in the past few months which has pretty good response. In the past events, they started with a $10 fee and because of the repsonse kept increasing and finally the price was set at $50. The Boston event is priced at $20 and will probably cost more if registered at the event. One of the disadvantages is that since these have been successful, the attendees have grown too much and sometimes getting "quality time" with an employer at the event is limited.
One thing you guys need to be aware of is this is for mostly jobs in India and not US.
This is the e-mail I received from SI.
