What was your feeling of seeing the damn online message remaining the same"FP review received, case...resumed..." for more than a year? How can you guys put up with this? Numb after couple of month? or frustrated? Full of hatress for VSC? Or something even more complicated than I can figure out?

my 485 RD is 3/07/03, I have a hard time imagining another year seeing this damn message. I am on the edge of killing myself.

Mental help!

Waited 2 yrs 9 months for labor - PD 5/98
waiting since 17months for 485 - Rd 12/14

I am sure there are many people worser than me

BCIS hesitates to give GC to people who give their life for GC..

I am kidding man.. Take it easy. Divert yourself towards work or something other than this for another two months and come back. Don't get frustrated. There are people here whose dates are october'01 and some in September.

Don't even think of a chance that a file from March being picked up and approved.

Dude, you ain't seen nothin' yet. I had applied for my Labor in Sep 1998. LC was approved only in Sep 2001 (NJ sucks wrt LC). I was scheduled for a CP interview in Jan 2002. Got laid off just 1 week before my CP interview in Mumbai. Pleaded my employer to let me complete my CP interview and get my GC, but they flatly refused. That's corporate America! Luckily my spouse had also started the GC process, 140 was approved, so we immediately applied for 485 through that application in Feb 2002. And I'm here waiting, just like you and checking status every day and discussing issues on this forum. Tell me how you feel after listening to my story.

Well, buddies, I guess most of guys are stronger than me because my 140 approved based on NIW in less than a year. I did not go through all the ordeals associated with LC. That is why I particularly have problem now.

Again, thank you for all your suggestions, I guess I have to struggle, maybe try my best to numb myself before my 485 approved.

Do not get frustrated for this and do not see this forum every day until another six months. Your statement looks like you are slightly depressed. Get medical help immediately as these feelings can be cured with medical help. You need to have a lot of patience in this process as this will take a long time. Practice meditation and stress management technics like excercise etc to be in good mood. Life is not only getting Grees card. Whole world is yours if you have open mind. This is just one opertunity and should be taken easyly.
