This could be helpful for all of you who have exceeded 360 days for 140.

RFE in sept
Response to RFE received by INS oct-7-02
Approved may-12-03
485 ND - oct 15-02
Now heres the story.
2 weeks back I called INS, talked to IIO and he said they cannot reveal the info to me but he said I will not hear a decision on 140 , I will directly hear a decision on 485.
But somehow I was not convinced. I had my lawyer call INS.
When he spoke to the IIO , he said my case should have been adjudicated by now and he will have someone look at it right away.
My lawyer talked on 5th may and yesterday may 12th my case got approved.
I would recommend all of u guys to have ur lawyer talk to IIO if ur 140 has exceeded 360 days with or withoutr a RFE. As per my experience I dont think the clock resets to day 1 after response to RFE.
