My conclusion:

CSC processed for 5 families in June, four were approved,
one was sent for interview. In Sept., CSC picked up to
approve. Most of this group was not touched
although they did their fingerprint very early. All
cases resumed in Jan.

Approval 33.3%, 60% un-processed and 6.7 % interview
The approvals were mainly made in June, this group was touched againin Sept. But most of them was forgotten by CSC
