Food scientist - is it EB-2?

Hi Guys,

I have MS in Biology, I've been in the US since 2004 (H1B, food scientist). I have 5 years experience.

I got a job/sponsorship offer from a bakery (29 employees).

Do you think I can be sponsored in EB-2? I saw 4 lawyer and 3 of them said it would be very difficult so I have to pay extra for their time and they would rather see me in EB3. One said I could be sponsor in EB2, just we have to prove that I have experience etc.

Any suggestions? Thanks a lot.
