Does anybody know if spouse can file for adjustment of status subsequent to the principle applicant\'s filing but before the approval? It seems that people who get married during this window can, but what about the marriage took place before the principle\'s filing for adjustment of status. Does the spouse have to wait until the principle applicant is approved and then file for the spouse?

The \'Spouse/Dependants\' can JOIN the Principal\'s GC Process BEFORE the Principal\'s Approval of GC PROVIDED the \'Marriage\' HAPPENED prior to the Principal\'s Approval. And such Spouse/Dependant\'s can get GC approved if they have/had filed them properly with all required documents and MEET ALL the Requirements for such process mandated by resp. authority.
