hi,

I got the DV lottery 2009 and sent the DSP 230 , DS 122 forms to KCC on June 3. Untill now I have not heard anything from them. Its been around 8 weeks. Do I need to call KCC if they got my forms. If yes which no. sud I call.

You will not hear anything until your number becomes current and that is when you may receive the 2nd NL

Nope, they don't send you anything.... You don't need to call them... If you are scared that they haven't received them, send them an email (make sure to include your full name, date of birth and case number). However: Since you're now in US, there's really not a need for that as chances that mail gets lost is a lot smaller in that case than if you had to mail it internationally.
 
To which email address do I need to mail to conform if they get my application package.

If you had chosen to do AOS, you would get a notification saying KCC has nothing to do with your app now and everyything resides with USCIS or sth like that, but if you chose CP then just wait for 2NL. But you can just call KCC and confirm they received your package, they will gladly confirm that for you.
