follow up for positive skin test and negative x-rays

Hi Everybody,

My wife's TB skin test was positive (25 mm) but the chest x-ray came our fine.And the Civil Surgeon hasn't mentioned /recommended any further exams or treatment on the I-693 form.

Should we be worried about getting an RFE cause the skin test bump was big.
