Is there anyone know the procedure of filing follow-to-join?
I know that first of all, I need to file I-824 to a local INS. However, when I look at the documents I need to file, there is no my marriage certificate, what does that means? Does that means my wife\'s follow-to-join statues is going to be approved by outside embassy instead of local INS? Then what is the purpose of I-824? And after I-824, what should be next?
