I got my CP from Chennai in Oct'2002 , It was an employer based CP, Even my wife and son were issued the CP on the same date.
They were given the option of "Follow to Join" within sixmonths that is they have to make the entry by April. My wife would be joining me by March, My son is currently 10 months old and we want to bring him to US on a later date.
What is the procedure, how do i extend his VISA for entry. The Visa is valid till april. and we want to extend it for 6 more months.
