follow to join question!

I recently got my GC approved through consular processing from Chennai in India. I got married after the interview and applied "Follow to Join" for my wife before leaving for US. I lost my job recently and presently i am not employed by anybody. my wife is expecting her interview to be sometime in december. my query is,
1. Can my wife enter the US when i am unemployed?
2. If i apply for unemployment benefits, would it cause any problems for my wife?

Hi

She can attend for interview with out having any problem.but i think u can submit your employer letter (which u produced while ur GC).
She can come to USA with out any problem.at POE they will not ask any question reg. employment.

please let me know what are the benifits we can avail while we are having GC ,I got my GC and not having job , staying with family ,how about insurance etc.please mail with detials to vspak20002@yahoo.com
