I got my I-485 approved just 2 weeks after my marriage (EB3 California). I wish to apply for my wife's GC using Follow to Join option. She lives in India. Following are some questions that I have:
1) What is the typical time taken for I-824 CP cases?
2) What impact will the very small time difference between my approval date and marriage date have on my wife's application?
3) What kind of documentation does US Consulate in India expect in order to prove the validity of my wife's case?
Anyone who has info about this, will they be kind enough to share?
