Finally, i am getting married in Feb end.
But my wife is not coming to usa immediately with me. She might join in usa with me only after 5 months.
Now, how do i apply FOLLOW TO JOIN for her ?
1. can we process 485 for me and also process CP (follow to join) for her ? is that possible.
2. If not, do i have to change to CP for myself and then do follow to join for her ?
3. Is it possible, that i can do 485 amendment (follow to join ) while she is india ? (assume i got her a H4 visa, while she is still in india for 5 more months.
