Follow-to-Join benefits for Children

Hi,

Further to my previous question, can follow to join work in this situation?

-- mother has green card through employment sponsorship?

-- mother is divorced from kids father, and kids live with mom's mother (grandma) outside USA

-- kids are both under 12 years

-- not sure if kids were named on mothers original AOS application - i think they were, but she did not include them as dependants?

Can she do FTJ or she has to go through normal visa processing via I130 and wait for visa number?

Yes kids are eligible. When she got the GC? FTJ should be completed within 1 year of her GC approval.
 
yes, she just got the GC in Feb of this year !


do you know any provisions or regulations which explain this in detail?
