My GC is approved with WAC-02-104-XXX (RD: Feb1, 2003 - AD:Aug 10, 2004)
I was married before my Approval in India. Now iam planning to apply for
Follow-to-join process.
Does anyone know the complete process. The answers i got searching the
web are confusing me. I have taked to 2 attorneys, based on their info
looks like they donot know what they are taking about.
Can you suggest me a good attorney in San diego Area, If possible please
point me to some resources for more info about the F2J.
