me still out there, No RFE socan't think any other reasons but Name check
Wife recieved an RFE yesterday, NO LUD for me may be some thing happens in the next few days once i respond to RFE.
Called 800 Number out of desperation, lady told me they are processing May 31 2002 apps so hang in there

Hi Zipper, I just performed case status request to the petition numbers before and after my receipt number, I notice that only 1 was approved and many 485's either have been issued RFE or just said that they received the 2nd FP. Not sure how long we have to wait.. NSC suckszipper said:

I sent all the requested documents to my lawyer this week so he'll sent to NSC next week. We'll see what follows... hopefully quick approval. BTW just the dependent is waiting, primary was approved on 08/04.
