folks, My lawyer filed 485 in end of june while my CP is going on. I am expecting interview in august/september. Will the INS try to retrieve my fle before september ? what is the current time frame that INS takes to request file ?
anyone with similar experience, please post.
 
I had the impression that one could not do both AOS and CP simulatneously....But anyways your lawyer knows it better......

I heard that until INS gets your FP results they don't even touch your 485 application

In which case can I delay the FP so that INS doesn't request the file ?
