Almost 4 months back my AP was approved, but my birth date was put wrong. They made me 5 years old kid
whereas this AP is the benefit if skilled professional I-140 approval.
I have put the correct birth date in my application.
Later my lawyer wrote a letter and ask them to send a correct approval, and also he made another application for AP which is pending for 4 months. BCIS did not send a correct AP. I think they did not because we did not send the typo one. Me and my attorney decided not to send the typo one as the way I was ready to go outside the US with my H1. I alsp kept that typo RFE with me, just in case.
Now, can I go to local INS and get it fixed? FYI my local INS does not proceed any AP/EAD now for EB. What should I do? Anynody has similiar experiences? I am now in need of AP, and I have it but a typo one.
