Might be better attempting the office first

Some people may not like it, if we going to their residence, immediately.

I think it is a great idea. Why can't we do this as a part of Project Ocean. More we diversify less likely to be successfull.

We all go as a team.
 
i think it would be better to mail a copy of our petition to all major immigration attorneys. so that even attotrneys would participate. As many of us have different attorney it is my suggestion.

In my experience most of the Attorneys don't care about you. Whether you got gc or not. This is our fight.
 
Going to home I think may backfire. A lot of people will not entertain official work at home. Even calling him at home may also not be a good idea. We should probably try to meet him in person at his work-place.

I forwarded our petition to about 444 leading immigration attorneys but I don't think they care about that since only few of them replied.
 
As a part of the Project Ocean a team could go to his office first.

Going to his residence at this point is not advisable, unless he entertains such petition gathering activity at his residence (reminds me of Indian PM's who do this on a regular basis!!!)

Whatever happened to the petition that was sent to hm earlier.... seems to have gone in the same black hole called USCIS
 
How about sending him sweets via the internet, on Diwali(23rd or 24th) with an appropriate decent message. This is the easiest thing to do and what will he do... Throw the sweets out.

The idea is to get his attention on this subject so that he moves his lazy @#&.
 
no use, for so long he hasn't replied, he doesn't care about us.

remember our last petition, nobody ever replied.
 
However ignorant and mean he might be, sending sweets on Diwali with a decent message might not be hurt our case. It will only soften him towards us even if we were to meet him later to explain our case. What do we have to lose: probably a buck each ! Getting an appointment might take a while too. As Dengdeng said , he has not even bothered to reply yet .

Don't think that's a good idea. If he is not bothered to give reply for a professional representation, meeting at home, sending sweets might actually backfire.

Fellows,

Not a good idea to go to his home or call his home phone number. The silence so far reveals the lack of answers and the sense of inability to help, not to mention guilty feelings. It also tells us that we are not respected so far..
