dear fellow colleagues
After a span of 2 years and 1 month my 485 got approved today
as per automated system msg.
Cat: EB1 India
PD: 06/7 / 98
RD: 11/02/1999
ND: 11/5/98
FP: 04/27/99
RFE JUN 15th
RFE RESP MSG JUNE 27th
Approval Date: 07/27/2000 - Phone system
Case #: EAC-99-029-5XXXX
Msg has changed for me, my wife and one daughter, while for the second
kid .. the msg is still RFE sent out ...
naturally, we have not submitted her RFE, as she is in INDIA.
RFE is about need for a skin test not checked in the form.
One Question : when the FAMILY RETURNS as they are in INDIA
will they get stamped at the port of entry ? Otherwise
they are returning on PAROL ...I was wondering ...? any help ?
As there is a saying in Sanskrit "Kale Phalanthi Purushasya
Yadaiva Vruksha ... " When time comes the tree will bear fruits...
I will be still hanging around this board and update about stamping.
