How do I file a Freedom of information-privacy Acts (FOIPA), What form do I have to use and what information do they provide.

I am trying to build a case and to show the court that I filed the FOIPA and the results.

My employer is not providing me I-140 EAC / Document. Employer say its been approved in May 2006. Employer has used Substitute labor for me. Is any way I can find EAC# or copy of I-140 approval.

Then how am I suppose to find out about Namecheck.? what will you get from fbi?
An immigration officer told me to ask FBI about my background check/namecheck stuff and when I said how, he replied to do some research about it.!!!!!
