T tdi2005t Registered Users (C) Apr 5, 2007 #4 Will filing FOIA itself leave trail in Name check? My N-400 has been in pending for almost a half year; I'm considering filing FOIA to check if there was any record. My concern is: Will this filing itself create some record for Name check? Since the name check also hit on administrative records. Thanks.
