FOIAP- or Law suit-HELP!!!

I had my intervie in August 30/05. I haven't received any LUD, neither green card, My passport was not sptamp. The officer congratulated me, and told me I would receive my GC in 2 months.
I'm planning to fle FOIAP, or fila a law suit .
How can I do that?

Go to local office and talk to immigration officer

Why don't you take an infopass appointment, go to local office and talk to th e immigration officer. This will give you the status of your case faster than any other method.

I already went, and they even didn't let me talk to an officer, they told me" it is in process each case is different, according to system my case is not approved even though the officer told me it was approved.I will go on tuesday and will try it. :(
