FOIA Request for I-140 copy

If anyone has any experience with FOIA requests to get a copy of approved I-140 and/or labor then please post details like how much time it took and how did you go about it.

My employer is not providing me I-140 EAC / Document. Employer say its been approved in May 2006. Employer has used Substitute labor for me. Is any way I can find EAC# or copy of I-140 approval.
