I got my GC few weeks back. I want to keep a record of all docs. used in GC process. Can I now file for FOIA or is FOIA only for AC-21 "people"?

Also, would I file FOIA at local office or NSC? FOIA filers, please share your thoughts..

FOIA can be filled by any applicant. You will find good information on how to file etc in AC-21 forum.

I had filed FOIA to NSC and received approved, LC, I-140 in just over a 1 month
