Hi,

I am in the process of filling up the G639 form.

Under the 6. Data Needed on SUBJECT of Record section, there is a field Petition or Claim Receipt #. What should I fill in there? My EAD # or my I-485 receipt notice LIN#?

Guidance is appreciated.

Depending on your "request"- you can put the 140 receipt#.
You don't have to fill all fields (incl this one).
