I am planning to submit the form G-639 to get the copies of my LC and I-140 (thing about changinng jobs). I have filled out all the fields.
1) Some suggested to get it notarized at a local bank. sorry for my ignorance. what do i need to bring with me to the bank to get it "notarized"? does it mean the bank officer will sign the form?
2) what copy do I need to send along with the form? is DL copy enough or do I need to attach copies of SSN Card, passport etc?
3) for future reference, if the job description only mentions my skill as C++ and metphase although I am working on oracle now, can I look for jobs which uses oracle?
